Thus he can implement a plan in response to a particular situation if a leader leads an independent team. They must take a direct leadership approach or be a leader from the front. Instead, he could delegate and offer inputs when necessary.

An error that the majority of leaders who are new do is copying well-known or established leaders. Be aware that every situation is different and the people who follow. A style of leadership that may be appropriate for a well-known leader may not be suitable for your group. So do not make any mistakes. Don’t try to emulate others’ leadership styles.

A leader is never unwilling to experiment with new approaches to resolve a problem or deal with a conflict. Thus there is a chance that a leader chooses to adopt an approach that isn’t according to the rules.
