Daimler Truck sees 6.1% returns, expects supply troubles in H1 -Breaking

REUTERS/Jose CabezasBERLIN/Reuters – Daimler (OTC) Truck Holding AG posted an adjusted return of sales of 6.1% for 2021 – a rise from 1.9% in the prior year – while revenue rose 10% to 39.8 million euros ($43.70billion), according to the truck-bus maker.
It stated that supply constraints had slowed growth during the second half. Additionally, the company expects semiconductor shortages to affect sales in the first six months of the year.
It stated that it didn’t expect either the COVID-19 outbreak or the conflict in Ukraine to negatively impact general market development.
