Emclaire Financial Corp. (NASDAQ) rose 38% upon the announcement that it had entered into a merger deal with Farmers National Banc Corp.

Uber Technologies, Inc., (NYSE:), is now up 5% following a deal that allows it to list every licensed taxicab in New York City on its app. This is a major shift in Uber’s policy, but it comes at a time when Uber struggles to find drivers.

Nikola Corp. (NASDAQ:) is trading 6.9% higher around midday, down from the initial 15% gain, after revealing that production of its electric truck began last week at its Coolidge, Arizona factory.

KB Home (NYSE 🙂 fell 3.6% following the release of earnings which missed revenue and earnings expectations. According to the company, supply and labour issues were key factors.

After the announcement of earnings that fell short of analyst expectations, shares in Hello Group Inc. (NASDAQ) are now trading 9.7% lower on Wednesday. But, revenues beat predictions.

Vicinity Motor Corp.’s (NASDAQ:) plunged 27% following the public announcement of an initial $12 million registration. It plans to use the funds to finish the Ferndale, Washington plant.
