REUTERS/Gene BlevinsWASHINGTON, (Reuters) – The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), announced Friday that it had extended its deadline to finish an environmental review for the SpaceX Starship and Super Heavy rocket programs in Boca Chica (Texas) to April 29.
Previous target date for the FAA was March 28. FAA cautioned that an environment review is not a guarantee of issuance of a vehicle operator’s license. It must still meet FAA safety risk, financial responsibility and liability requirements.
