According to a new reportComparably to other companies, Microsoft ranks No. According to the company review site, Microsoft is the No.1 global company that has the best work culture. This annual ranking was based on anonymous ratings of 70,000 companies that were posted on the site between March 2021 and March 2022. 

The positive workplace culture includes compensation, work-life balance, professional development and other topics. 

Below are 10 companies that employ 500 people or more and have one of the world’s best work cultures.
