This suit is one of several recent legal challenges to the mask mandate, which has been in force since February 2021 and covers airports as well as buses, trains, busses, ride-share, transit hubs and other transport modes.
Biden Administration earlier this month stated that the requirements for transportation masks would be extended through April 18, and it is reviewing whether or not to extend them again.
