OpenSea has officially listed the Solana NFTs

OpenSea is the top marketplace for NFTs, yet it’s mostly known as a platform to trade Ethereum-based non-fungible tokens. However, after requests from active investors and creators, OpenSea will now list NFTs of the second most popular blockchain – .

Solana is a fast, energy-efficient cryptocurrency that has low transaction fees and high speeds. Currently, the launch is in its beta stage with limited collection coverage – 165 collections in total, but more are added every day.

OpenSea users will need to have a compatible wallet, such as Phantom, Glow or a Glow. This wallet can be used for buying and selling Solana NFTs.

Last week, the marketplace teased a video, saying that the launch of Solana NFTs on OpenSea is “The best kept secret in web3.” On Monday, OpenSea announced a new feature that allows users to pay for NFTs with credit cards.

OpenSea’s current value is $13.3 billion. DappRadar reports that the trade volume for OpenSea has grown to $2.45 Billion with 1.85 Million transactions in the last month.
