Russian authorities aim at making rouble rate more predictable

Moscow’s trade saw the rouble rise sharply to levels never seen prior to Russia sending tens or thousands of troops into Ukraine. This was a result of an artificially-driven appreciation of its exchange rate, analysts claimed.
