(Reuters) – A woman who claimed that Snoop Dogg had sexually assaulted and battery her after she attended one of his 2013 concerts has withdrawn the civil suit she brought against him, court records show.

It was nearly two and a half months since the suit was filed in California’s Central District. The court action was taken Wednesday.

Jane Doe was the woman identified. She is described as Jane Doe, a model, actress, host, and dancer who worked for Snoop Dogg. However, the musician said that she had never worked with him.

All charges against the other plaintiffs, Snoop Dogg’s company and all others named in suit have been dismissed through voluntary dismissal.

“It’s not surprising that the plaintiff dropped her complaint against the defendants,” a representative for Snoop Dogg said. Snoop Dogg’s representative stated that her complaint included false allegations as well as deficiencies.

Jane Doe’s lawyer Matt Finkelberg did not respond immediately to Reuters’ request for comment.

Snoop Dogg was accused of forcing the plaintiff to do oral sex in front her and masturbating before her.

Snoop Dogg refuted these allegations through a spokesperson. He called them “simply un meritless”, and described it as part a “self enrichment shakedown scheme” before his Super Bowl appearance in February.
