MENLO, Iowa (Reuters] – U.S. President Biden on Tuesday said that Americans shouldn’t be able pay gasoline because of a dictator declaring war half a planet away.

Although the White House was not immediately available to comment, Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin repeatedly a war criminal. However, he hasn’t claimed that Russia was responsible for the genocide of Ukraine.
