Amazon to charge merchants 5% surcharge for fulfillment services as fuel costs rise -Breaking

(NASDAQ) announced Wednesday that merchants will be charged an average 5% fuel & inflation surcharge for shipping their product to American customers. The move is being made in response rising prices.
Amazon stated that the change will add 24 cents to each product shipped via Fulfillment by Amazon. The change takes effect April 28, but isn’t permanent.
