China securities regulator orders Lenovo to fix information disclosures -Breaking

SHANGHAI/BEIJING – China’s Securities regulator has ordered Lenovo Group (OTC) to correct information disclosure problems.

The Beijing bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), stated that Lenovo had failed to timely file complete and correct disclosures concerning certain information.
