He presented an idea for a new type of property registry that is based on blockchain technology in his academic research. The idea of title tokens was presented by him and supported with technical protocols that allow for digital authorities and smart laws to provide full-featured legal oversight of digitally owned property rights. In addition, he has developed a crosschain protocol to allow multiple ledgers to create a blockchain estate registry. This was presented in 2021 by the Australian Senate.
