(Reuters) – If China’s lockdowns are causing further disruptions to supply chains worldwide, then the Federal Reserve must take more aggressive measures to reduce high inflation. Neel Kashkari, Minneapolis Fed President, stated Tuesday.

Kashkari, speaking at Luther College Decorah, Iowa said that he hopes more supply will soon return as the pandemic becomes less severe. Kashkari explained that if it doesn’t, the job will be harder.
