WASHINGTON (Reuters] – Tina Flournoy was the chief of staff for U.S. Vice Presidential Kamala Harris. She is retiring and Lorraine Voles will replace her. Harris made this announcement on Thursday.

Harris stated in writing that Tina was a valuable advisor, confidant and leader to me.
