PARIS (Reuters), – French major trade unions declared in a joint statement Friday that a proposal for a pay increase in logistics workers was unacceptable and they have ended negotiations on wage increases.

These unions included FO (Force Ouvriere), CFDT, CGT and CFDT. They also stated that they will not hesitate to employ “all the means necessary” in order to pressure company executives into offering better wages.

Many workers around the globe have seen their wages fall due to rising inflation.
