KYIV (Reuters – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zeleskiy stated Saturday that Kyiv will not negotiate with Moscow if Russia kills the people of Mariupol in Ukraine and holds “pseudoreferendums,” to establish “pseudorepublics” within Russian-occupied territories.
