Alibaba (NYSE:) ADRs fell 3.6%, JD.comADRs declined 1.8% (NASDAQ) BaiduStock fell 3.6% at NASDAQ because of fears that China’s wave of COVID-19 case will have an impact on these China-based businesses.

Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ:) stock fell 0.1% after the videogame publisher missed estimates for first quarter adjusted sales, hurt by low demand for its latest “Call of Duty” title.

Philips(NYSE:) ADRs dropped over 12% following multiple warnings from a Dutch-based medical tech group regarding its growth prospects for this year. They also increased a recall on ventilators.

KKRThe stock of (NYSE:) fell 0.7% following the announcement by investment firm that it had raised $19 million from investors to fund its largest ever North American private equity fund.

Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ:) stock rose 2.2% after Morgan Stanley lifted its recommendation to ‘overweight’ from ‘equal weight’, saying the company offers value after recent underperformance.
