(Reuters) – According to a regulatory filing, UnitedHealth Group (NYSE) agreed to sell Change Healthcare’s claims editing company to TPG Capital (NASDAQ:), for $2.2 billion.

UnitedHealth and Change had earlier this month agreed to prolong the closing date for their $8 billion merger by nine months, to December 31, after the U.S. Justice Department filed suit to stop it.
