The Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) has accepted IOHK’s research paper on ‘Practical Settlement Bounds for Proof-of-Work Blockchains’ to be part of the ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS).

Los Angeles will host the November conference. There, theoretical papers must present compelling arguments about how their findings can be applied to real-world situations.

The ACM conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS) is an annual event of the Association for Computing Machinery’s (ACM) for the Special Interest Group on Security, Audit, and Control (SIGSAC). This conference gathers researchers and developers from around the world to share ideas and discuss outcomes.

IOHK is also a silver sponsor for the ACMs Annual CCS2022 conference. ACM CSS2022 is scheduled to be held from November 7-11 in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

The (ADA), which has experienced a 7.3% increase in trading volume over the last 24 hour, is experiencing a surge at $0.895423. Cardano currently has more than $28 Billion in market cap and over $1B of traded volume over the last 24 hour.

Cardano’s April 25th update announcement included a proposal to double its mainnet block size. The current block size will be increased from 80 to 88KB. It was implemented the following day.
