Walmart’s Mexico unit says quarterly net profit up 10% -Breaking

MEXICO CITY – Walmart Mexico (NYSE:) reported Tuesday a 11.1 billion peso ($558.5m) first quarter net profit. This is more than 10% higher than the prior year.
Walmart de Mexico in Mexico is the largest Mexican retailer. It earned revenue in January to March of 187.8 Billion Pesos, which was 10% higher than it did the year before.
