BEIJING (Reuters), NetEase (NASDAQ) announced Wednesday that its Cloud Music unit has launched legal proceedings against Tencent Music Entertainment, alleging unfair competition.

NetEase Cloud Music stated in the statement, that TME had illegally and repeatedly played unauthorised songs on TME’s music-streaming platforms.
