(Reuters) – Oklahoma’s Senate on Thursday passed a ban on all abortions, except in cases of medical emergency, rape or incest, that would take effect immediately if the state’s Republican governor signs it.

On Thursday, it was the second time that an state legislature approved an abortion ban. It was the second abortion ban passed by the House of Representatives. The law relies on civil litigations to enforce.
