France stocks higher at close of trade; CAC 40 up 0.39% -Breaking

France stocks up at the close of trade, CAC 40 is up 0.3%

Investing.com – France stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

Paris closed with the index rising 0.39% and the Paris Stock Exchange rising 0.39%.

These were the best performers of the session Renault SA (EPA:) rose 2.72%, or 0.63 point to trade at 23,57 at the closing. Meanwhile, Pernod Ricard SA (EPA.) gained 2.14% (or 4.15 points) to finish at 197.65. Airbus Group SE, (EPA.) rose 2.13% (2.20 points) up to 105.54 during late trading.

These were the worst performers of the session. Safran SA (EPA:) fell 2.16%, or 2.28 points, to close at 103.18. Eurofins Scientific SE, (EPA:), fell 1.29% to end at 88.72. Sanofi SA (EPA;) dropped 1.19% to 101.18.

Solutions 30 SE (EPA) was the top performer on SBF 120, rising 5.30% to 5,57. Soitec SA (EPA:), which rose 5.14%, to settle at 172.95 Ubisoft Entertainment (EPA) closed at 43.15 after a gain of 4.56%.

SEB SA, EPA: was the worst performer with a drop of 4.66% at 114.70 in late trading. ICADE was also down 2.81% at 57.05 while ICADE lost 2.81% at 57.05. Aeroports de Paris SA was at 2.69% at 135.55 at close.

The Paris Stock Exchange witnessed rising stocks outnumbering declining ones by 298-244 and 96 respectively.

SEB SA (EPA) shares fell to 52 week lows. They were down 4.66% or 5.60% to 114.70.

The implied volatility index of CAC 40 options was at 0.00%, a 52-week record.

The June delivery of Gold Futures was up by 0.90%, or 17.05, to $1.908.35 per troy ounce. In commodities trading, crude oil rose 1.47 percent or $106.83 per barrel to $106.83/barrel, and the July Brent oil contract rose 1.71 percent or 1.73 points to $108.99/barrel.

EUR/USD rose 0.51% to 1.05 while EUR/GBP was unchanged at 0.47% to 0.84.

US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.5% at 103.14
