• Binance is launching three programs to help Indian students and investors.
• It is a concern that crypto education does not exist. This prevents crypto users from adopting it.
• Binance also has partnered up with Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, (IIT Delhi).

Binance announced recently the launch of three education initiatives to educate Indian students and investors about crypto and the Blockchain ecosystem.

A crypto exchange firm stated that Indian policymakers as well as regulators are concerned about the absence of cryptocurrency education. This prevents individuals from using crypto.

The first of the education initiatives will target the student demographic and is titled “Blockchain for Good.” This platform will give students the chance to come up with solutions for making crypto more accessible and inclusive.

Also, a free webinar will be offered and hosted by cryptocurrency influencers Neha Nagar, Kashif Raza and Aditya Sainsi. While the webinar will cover basic concepts and myths surrounding crypto, it will also focus on blockchain and crypto.

The founder of Bitinning, Kashif Raza, stated that “the biggest roadblock in the current crypto education system is that there are not enough platforms providing education in a simplified manner.”

Third initiative is a Learn-to-Earn Program that allows people to earn and learn about crypto and the blockchain ecosystem. The head of APAC at Binance, Leon Foong, stated that “we hope to create the right incentives for users to do more thorough research and make better-informed investment decisions.”

Binance also has partnered with the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi as its title sponsor of Rendezvous’ cultural festival. It will display use cases, including tickets and certificates for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), along with proof-of attendance protocol (POAP) to prove that they are present.
