HSBC to relocate U.S. HQ to Tishman Speyer’s The Spiral in Manhattan -Breaking

REUTERS/Brendan McDermid(Reuters) – British bank giant HSBC Holdings Plc’s U.S. division said Monday that it would relocate its headquarters in New York to Tishman Speyer, a real estate developer.
HSBC Bank USA N.A. According to HSBC Bank USA, N.A., the bank will occupy the three-quarters of the remaining two floors in The Spiral 65-story office tower at 66 Hudson Boulevard (NYSE:) Boulevard).
HSBC indicated that they plan to move out of their current office in Midtown Manhattan by January 2024 as part of a 20-year lease.
