North Korea’s announcement of a The 2018 crypto conference is back, Canadian journalist Ethan Lou jumped at the opportunity to see what the country’s crypto scene looked like. Ethan Lou was surprised to be introduced to the North Korean audience.

Lou claims that he was there along eight other uninformed participants, who just wanted to go to the conference. But, as the plane touched down and started the conference, the passengers realized that the announcement was being made to the crowd. They were being identified to be foreign experts who traveled all the way North Korea to share their knowledge about crypto.
