(Reuters) – Aston Martin Lagonda, a British luxury car manufacturer, announced Wednesday that Tobias Moers, the Chief Executive Officer of Aston Martin Lagonda, will resign immediately and Amedeo Felisa (NYSE: Ferrari) will assume control.
