Europe will buy Russian oil via third countries

Vladimir Dzhabarov was quoted as having said Wednesday that he was first deputy head for Russia’s upper house’s foreign affairs committee.
On Wednesday, the chief executive of European Union proposed that Russia be placed under a gradual oil embargo. He also suggested sanctions for Russia’s bank as well as banning Russian broadcasters off European airwaves.
