OPEC+ sees bigger 2022 surplus amid slower demand growth

LONDON, (Reuters) – OPEC+ expects a surplus in oil production of 1.9million barrels per day by 2022. This is 600,000. bpd more than the previous forecast. It also anticipates slower growth of demand this year.

This report was prepared before the OPEC+ Joint Technical Committee Meeting scheduled for Wednesday. It also shows that OECD oil stock slightly exceeds the 2015-2019 average during the fourth quarter.
