Investing.com – Australia shares have been greater after the shut on Thursday, as positive factors within the , and sectors led shares greater.

On the shut in Sydney, the gained 0.82%.

One of the best performers of the session on the have been Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX:), which rose 7.60% or 0.20 factors to commerce at 2.83 on the shut. In the meantime, Nearmap Ltd (ASX:) added 7.23% or 0.09 factors to finish at 1.26 and Adbri Ltd (ASX:) was up 7.07% or 0.20 factors to three.03 in late commerce.

The worst performers of the session have been Janus Henderson Group PLC DRC (ASX:), which fell 13.04% or 5.66 factors to commerce at 37.76 on the shut. Nanosonics Ltd (ASX:) declined 1.86% or 0.07 factors to finish at 3.69 and Ansell Ltd (ASX:) was down 1.75% or 0.48 factors to 26.89.

Rising shares outnumbered declining ones on the Sydney Inventory Change by 941 to 478 and 415 ended unchanged.

Shares in Janus Henderson Group PLC DRC (ASX:) fell to 52-week lows; falling 13.04% or 5.66 to 37.76. Shares in Nanosonics Ltd (ASX:) fell to 3-years lows; falling 1.86% or 0.07 to three.69.

Gold Futures for June supply was up 1.38% or 25.83 to $1,894.63 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities buying and selling, Crude oil for supply in June rose 0.05% or 0.05 to hit $107.86 a barrel, whereas the July Brent oil contract rose 0.21% or 0.23 to commerce at $110.37 a barrel.

AUD/USD was unchanged 0.61% to 0.72, whereas AUD/JPY fell 0.12% to 93.61.

The US Greenback Index Futures was up 0.26% at 102.86.
