President’s Words Materializing into Financial Aid
On the 1st of March, Kharkiv’s Freedom Square was bombed by Russian army and that’s when President Volodymyr Zenelsky announced: ‘Every square today, no matter what it’s called, is going to be called Freedom Square, in every city of our country’.
John Pleasants is the CEO at Brava Home and it was his idea to create Freedom Squares NFT. He got the idea after hearing President Zelensky’s speech. According to Mr. Pleasants, it could be spiritually inspiring for people map the important squares. Additionally, turning these into NFTs may provide financial assistance.

Upcoming public sale event to raise more than $2,000,000
Freedom Squares NFT will include 6,468 non-fungible tokens. It will cover 1,617 squares in Ukraine and come in four design options. A bonus version of the Guardian edition will be given to anyone who collects all four styles.
The public sale should start on the 10th May. One piece of jewelry should be priced at 0.1ETH ($295). Freedom Squares aims to raise at least 755 ETH ($2.2 million)
CORE and World Central Kitchen will receive the funds. These two American relief organizations provide enormous assistance in Ukraine. NFT collections will help to raise awareness about the needs of those in need. Pleasants noted that Web 3.0 can have a significant impact on the preservation of democracy.
