Investing.com – France stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Airbus Group SE [EPA:] was the best performer of the session, rising 6.28% (or 6.44) to trade at 110.02 by the closing. Eurofins Scientific SE, (EPA:), added 1.78% to close at 86.72. Legrand Late trade saw a 1.51% increase in SA (EPA) or 1.24 point to 83.20

They were also the worst performers of the session. Credit Agricole SA (EPA) fell 4.01%, or 0.42 points, to close at 9.98 Renault SA (EPA) fell 3.95%, or 0.94 points, to 22.71. LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE was down 3.25% (or 19.30 points) to 574.00.

Airbus Group SE, which rose 6.2% to 109.02 was the best performer in SBF 120. Arkema SA (EPA:), which rose 3.42%, to settle at 116.50 Ubisoft Entertainment (EPA) closed at 47.58 after gaining 2.08%.

CGG SA, EPA: was among the worst-performing companies. It fell 18.69% to 0.96 late trade. Compagnie also suffered. Plastic Omnium SE (EPA:), which fell 5.84% to settle in 14.50, and Credit Agricole SA(EPA:), which dropped 4.01%. Credit Agricole SA (9.98) at the closing.

The Paris Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 306. 223 to 113, while 113 ended the same.

Compagnie Plastic Omnium SE shares (EPA:), fell 52 weeks ago to their lowest point; they lost 5.84%, or 0.90 to 14.50.

For June delivery, Gold Futures rose 0.41% to $1.876.44 an ounce. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which fell 0.39 percent to reach $107.42/barrel, and the July Brent crude oil contract, which fell 0.07 to trade at $110.06/barrel.

EUR/USD dropped 1.04% from 1.05 to 1.05; EUR/GBP climbed 1.29% to 0.85.
