France stock lower after close of trade. CAC 40 is down 1.73Investing.com – France stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
The index fell 1.65% at the Paris close.
Stellantis (EPA): was among the top performers for the session. It rose by 3.36%, or 0.43 points, to trade at 13.16 at close. TotalEnergies SE meanwhile (EPA:), gained 2.19% or 1.09 to trade at 50.60. Renault SA (EPA 🙂 rose 2.00%, or 0.46 points, to 23.17 during late trade.
They were also the worst performers of the session. Pernod Ricard SA (EPA:) dropped 4.95% or 9.55 to trade at 183.20 by the close. Dassault Systemes SE, (EPA:), declined 4.81% to 39.49. Publicis Groupe SA (EPA) fell 4.48%, or 2.56 points, to 54.56.
CGG SA, which rose 9.0% to 1.04 was the best performer in SBF 120. Ubisoft Entertainment (EPA) was at 49.50, up 4.04%; Stellantis (EPA) gained 3.36% to reach 13.16.
JC Decaux SA(EPA:) was among the worst-performing, falling 10.26%-17.24 in late trading. Remy Cointreau (EPA.) fell 6.15% to settle in at 172.50, and Pernod Ricard SA(EPA.) was down 4.95% at 183.20 by the end.
The Paris Stock Exchange reported that falling stocks outnumbered those in progress by 376-170, and 92 was unchanged at the end.
