Soccer-Boehly-led consortium wins bid to take over Chelsea -Breaking

(Reuters) – The consortium headed by Todd Boehly, part-owner of the LA Dodgers and backed in part by Clearlake Capital won the bid for Chelsea’s acquisition by Premier League team Premier League. This was reported by Britain’s Telegraph newspaper on Friday.

Now, the proposal is being sent to both government and Premier League officials for their approval.
