Alstom to deliver 130 trains to South German region in largest deal to date -Breaking

REUTERS/Regis Duvignau(Reuters) – Alstom The French railway manufacturer, EPA: announced Monday that 130 electric trains will be supplied to SFBW in South Germany. This announcement came as the company received its biggest order from France.
It is estimated that the deal will be worth 2.5 billion euros (or $2.63 billion). The agreement includes 130 Coradia Stream high-capacity electric trains as well their maintenance for 30 years. An optional clause could allow up to 100 more trains to follow.
