WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – President Joe Biden wasn’t happy about leaks to media outlets where U.S. intelligence seemed to claim credit for Ukraine targeting a Russian vessel and generals in Ukraine. Jen Psaki, White House Press Secretary told reporters Monday.

“The leaks made the president upset. “He believed that the leaks were an exaggeration and error of our part, as well as an understatement and misrepresentation of their role. And he didn’t believe they were constructive,” she stated.
