(Reuters) – Gazprom, a Russian producer of gas (MCX) stated that it is continuing to ship gas via Ukraine. Volumes on Wednesday were at 72 million cubic meters (mcm), compared with 95.8 mcm Tuesday.

Gazprom didn’t say whether this level corresponded to European client requests.

The volume of Russian gas has declined since the number of nominations for Russian transit through Ukraine at Sokhranovka’s entry point on May 11 was zero. This is according to data from Ukraine’s gas pipeline operator. It follows Kyiv’s warning about shutting down gas supplies by that route.
