GM and new union strike deal for raises at central Mexico plant -Breaking

SINTTIA the union did not give any further information and GM didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. After SINTTIA had won an election in GM’s central Silao plant, in a highly publicized test case for a regional trade agreement, the negotiations started in March.
