TOKYO (Reuters) – Toshiba (OTC) Corp stated Friday that they would not announce nominations for board directors until further notice, as it takes longer to make them final.

On Friday, the Japanese industrial conglomerate would announce its nominations for its June annual shareholder meeting.

According to a company statement, it would make announcements after the final nominations are made.
