Pennsylvania Lt. Governor John Fetterman is a Democrat running to be the U.S. Senate candidate. He has had a stroke, but is making progress towards a full recovery, according to his campaign.
According to the campaign, Fetterman was feeling unwell Friday. He went to hospital. According to the statement, “The good news is that I feel much better. The doctors also tell me that I haven’t suffered any cognitive damage.”
This news is just days before Tuesday’s primary. Fetterman has been deemed the top candidate within the four-person Democratic field.
