SpaceX employees want to buy shares in a private placement, which would bring the company’s value to around $125 billion. Bloomberg reports that SpaceX is valued at approximately $125 billion.

The report stated that employees are now offering shares to tender for $70 each, as opposed to an October split-adjusted sales at $56 per share.

Musk may have sold shares in the Employee Tender, but it is not known.

To finance the acquisition of Twitter (NYSE :), Musk, a billionaire, has sought to obtain funds from various investors. Musk said that he would consider buying the platform for a lesser price, if it fails to support its claim that spambot accounts make up only 5% of the total user base.
