European new car sales drop tenth month in a row in April

Data from the regional carmaker association (ACEA), showed that the April number of cars registered in Europe, Britain, and the European Free Trade Association was only 20.2% less than in April. It stood at 830.447 vehicles.
ACEA said that the fall was caused by the collapse of four major European Union markets – Spain Italy Germany France and Germany.
