CoinQuora discovered that there is a new project to teach university students more about Bitcoin, its history and development.

Summer of Bitcoin 2022 officially announced. The program includes 29 open source bitcoin projects. 60 mentors have been selected from the open-source community of bitcoin developers and designers.

The initial program had 20317 applicants, but only 83 of them were selected, representing 0.4% of all applicants. From the 83 selected students, nine will be contributing to open-source Bitcoin design while 74 will code.
