The company announced on Thursday that she has been granted a 5-year extension to her contract until March 2028.
Siegfried Russwurm, Chairman of Supervisory Board Siegfried Russwurm stated in a statement that Martina Merz was a great example of the “resolute approach” to Thyssenkrupp’s transformation.
We are happy that Ms. Merz agreed to keep driving forward the change process as the Chairman of the Executive Board.
