JIC is considering acquisition of Toshiba

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan Investment Corp. (JIC) contemplates the acquisition Toshiba Corp. (OTC:) Corp. Bloomberg, citing an unnamed source, reported Wednesday.

Bain Capital Partners and CVC Capital Partners both proposed to buy out this Japanese conglomerate. It produces technology that is used in missile guidance, and other defense system technologies.
