Thai April factory output rises 0.56% y/y, below forecast -Breaking

REUTERS/Soe Zeya TonBANGKOK, (Reuters) – The manufacturing production index of Thailand (MPI), rose 0.56 percent in April compared to a year ago, which was lower than anticipated, according to the ministry.
This is compared to a 1.6% forecast increase in output from a Reuters survey and a yearly growth of 0.44% (revised from a 0.1% drop).
