ROME (Reuters) – Shareholders of Italy’s Leonardo rejected Tuesday’s proposal from activist investor Bluebell Partners for a lawsuit against Alessandro Profumo, the chief executive of Leonardo’s defense group.

According to a statement, “The shareholders meeting rejected this proposal… with the opposed vote of 88.727% shares at the meeting.”
