U.S. CFTC sues crypto exchange Gemini over misleading statements from 2017 -Breaking

The company contends that Gemini, a crypto alternate led by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, violated federal legal guidelines governing commodities, and is looking for civil fines and different treatments.
