(Reuters) – Potential Tropical Cyclone One is predicted to grow to be a tropical despair on Friday and a tropical storm later within the day or by night time, the U.S. Nationwide Hurricane Middle (NHC) stated on Thursday.

The system is positioned about 95 miles(155 km) north-northwest of Cozumel Mexico, with most sustained winds of 35 miles per hour (55 kilometers per hour), the Miami-based forecaster stated.
